Slacko Puppy is Released
December 12, 2011 - Slacko Puppy 5.3.1 bugfix release is here, replacing the October 24, 2011 Slacko 5.3, see the release notes.
Slacko Puppy with first-boot dialog and slickpet installer of popular applications.
The new Slacko Puppy 5.3.1:
- is compatible with Slackware-13.37 binary packages;
- is built with Linux kernel 2.6.37.6 compiled with Aufs (layered file system support);
- has automatic Internet connectivity with Frisbee Network Manager;
- has excellent multimedia support;
- has alternative build (PAE HighMem ISO) for machines with high memory.
